Allow for a standard ringback tone for inbound calls
When leads call back the number they just missed a call from they hear music and immediately hang up. Music ringbacks are associated with banks and big businesses. Many of our leads are in default, pre-foreclosure, etc; and are actively AVOIDING calls from numbers that are hounding them about their current life situation. Please offer the option for a standard ringback so they don't get pissed off and hangup before the call even connects. For some buyers like myself, part of the sale process is assurance that sellers are speaking to REAL buyers.

Absolutely agree! Being greeted with immediate hold music for inbound callers is TERRIBLE! As soon as the inbound caller hears that music, they hang up. Instead they should hear a standard ringback. Please make the ringback the default or at least offer us the option of ringback or hold music. Thank you! -

JamesPLEASE implement this. This horrible ring tone causes ALL of my inbound calls to hang up the phone. This is hurting my lead generation badly.
