Disconnected Numbers add to DNC forever

URGENT Feature: to which the dialer will automatically disposition inactive numbers as "Disconnected Numbers" and add to DNC forever so that the flow of dialing is more effective dialing true numbers that are active.

JeremyWhat happens when someone else gets that cell number a few weeks later and ends up on your call list but it's on the DNC list so you never get to talk to them? Or someone has a prepaid plan and they ran out of minutes but it's back on again the next day? Putting any number on the DNC list forever sounds like a really bad idea.
