Make calls from your phone

I have seen people with mojo dialer make calls from their phone. I think it has to do with the app being on your phone and you are just dialing the campaign from your phone using other numbers. I think I would really like that because sometimes the wifi acts up and I can't call or sometimes my headset is being weird, with the phone thing, this would eliminate this.
