Please allow me to filter the voicemails by agent, I don't understand why they only put the voicemails with the name of the lead that sent it, if for example, I have 5 agents and they all send voicemails, then he has to check one by one to see if he finds a lead from him? and how will he know if that lead even belongs to his campaign if this is a system that allows calling more than 500 people per day? and you don't look at the name each time you call but when the call has actually connected, it seems to me a very important option that they have not taken into account.
