PLEASE, something to improve abandoned ratem dropped calls, quicker connection.

MANY time when we are connecting with seller, they have to say "Hello?" a few times before I am actually connected. It makes us seem "spammy" or "scammy" (feed back from live sellers)
This is extremely important. I've had a batch account under another username for 2 years and this has always been an issue.
Also Please Help Fix The Abandon & Connection Rate. I Was Told Calltools Does Not Have This Issue As Bad. I Like Batch Dialer. However, If this continues then I may have to switch to ensure our business is running smoothly when calling. Please & Thank You In Advanced.
