Dynamic Scripts...
Would love to have the ability to incorporating dynamic scripts.... IF/THEN scenarios. This can be done in a series of clever ways on-the-fly for the end user. But essentially, this would create a cleaner script to look at, and the VA or agent has the ability to navigate to the next script page based on the output or response of the seller. Wouldn't that be awesome?

Gil MergedSome companies don't require that you use their script and allow agents to use their own if approved. Having the ability to allow each agent to have their own personal script under 1 campaign in this case would be ideal.

Pat MergedInbound calls need to display the script assigned to the campaign, not the script of the user that is logged in to another campaign. iIf no one is logged into the Campaign and a call comes in, either the correct script needs to show up or no one should get the call.
