Batch Skip Tracing export to Batch Dialer

The ability to only push the first 3 to 5 numbers for a contact from a list skip traced via batch skip trace to batch dialer rather than all the numbers that batch skip tracing was able to locate. This falsely creates a higher contact rate but a lower rate at which leads can be created as much of the time is being spent on answer calls from wrong numbers.
