Leads being blocked from being imported because your outdated list thinks they arent valid

When you import data, batchdial scrubs your data against their own list. The goal is to remove disonnected or invalid phone numbers - however - the batchdial list of disconnected / invalid numbers is not up to date and many leads get marked as "misformed" and wont upload. The numbers we are importing are valid and batchdial prevents us from calling valid numbers.

There is a flaw with batch dialer when uploading leads to a campaign. When organizing the criteria, a lead can be labeled as "misformed" and thrown out solely because they are missing one thing. ie if one filter is 1st email and half the leads don't have an email then they will not be added to the campaign. resulting in numerous leads not being added.
