Tracking Agent Progress with reports

I'm trying to get a day by day on a report, I see I can click "day" and export but when I change "day" to "4 weeks" it lists all 4 weeks on 1 line. I would like to see for example day 1: 4 hours and 100 calls, day 2 4 hours 100 calls, day 3 4 hours 30 calls (what - why 30?) Hope that helps give an explanation and if it could export a breakdown by day for the 4 weeks with all the details and not 1 combined line.
