Allow status updates on contacts without calling

There needs to be an option where we can go into a contact in a campaign and update the status of that contact. Right now the only way to give a contact a status is to call them. For example; lets say we research the property before calling and notice that the property is a nursing home or just a piece of land. We need to be able to go in there and make the contact as "no real estate" or something so agents know they don't need to call them.

This is also good if we do other types of marketing. If a seller responds to a direct mail campaign and tells us they sold the property we should be able to update that in the system so the agent knows not to call
