Add a dropdown menure for the lead sheets

I think it's pretty important for the agents to have a dropdown menu to pick from in addition to radio buttons etc. for example on my lead sheets we have a section with "condition 1-10" where the agent has to type in the condition number instead of simply picking from a dropdown menu of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, or 10
