Better disposition podio Integration

Currently there is a disposition to push leads to podio, but that's all it does "One Button To Send it as A Lead". This One disposition does mark fields in podio.. but just for the one disposition which is really kinky. Add a way to Update the the lead fields differently in podio per disposition. My problem is I don't just target one type of lead. I categorize my leads into three groups Hot, Warm, and Cold. Each Disposition should be able to label a lead differently in podio. I shouldn't have to go through all my leads notes from batch in podio and fix the lead temperature manually. CallTools automatically does this and it's the only reason I have not moved over to batchdialer. Please fix this.
