Inbound Only status
we launch rvm campaigns outside of batch and we route those inbound calls to our batch inbound queue. We would like an inbound only status to have an agent dedicated to only answering inbound calls.

Anthony TerrellSet up a campaign and name it "inbound only". Set it too preview dialer and leave your agent on available after he selects that campaign. Don't upload any lists to this campaign.
