Improve the results of the filter esp for Potential Leads

In reference to Joseph Clay, last 4 of his # is 0744
He was my potential lead, but when I called him back he was no longer interested.
I filtered potential lead, his name is on it.
I clicked on his name, checked the activities and the latest dispo is already NI
What's the point of having his name included in the potential leads when in fact his name should be under NI?
Please work to follow the latest dispo for a specific number.
What happened to me was misleading and a waste of time thinking I used the filter for potential leads hoping that all numbers are to be called for follow-up, but then Joseph Clay was already NI.
