Reset DNC Leads

Streamline the reset process.
Specifically, make it so that a lead can be reset from its respective profile sheet. Right now, the only want to reset a let is to delete the numbers from the DNC list individually.
The reason for this is, callers press the wrong "Call Result" quite often and the current process is tedious.
