Why are there no logs on leads being dropped from BatchDialer uploaded from BatchLeads?

I paid for skip tracing and when I upload them I am thinking that the leads should be there. I am missing over 254 leads and no one in BatchDialer or BatchLeads can tell me why the leads were dropped. That is over $35 down the drain. I work hard for that money. I am being told that I just have to take your word for it that the leads are either litigators or are missing numbers. I just checked and only around 60 leads do not have numbers. Where are the other 190 plus? And why am I being told its not us is them when trying to get help from either BatchDialer or BatchLeads? Not a good start with your service.
