Making sure that first and last names are separated in exported leads

When i try to export no answer leads from batch dialer and than import them to batch leads i run into a problem. The first and last names of each lead are together in one column on batch dialers export. In order for your other system (batch leads) to accept the import the first and last names need to be separated in a different column.
