SMS on BatchDialer

Synching BatchLeads SMS with BatchDialer so I'm not texting the same sellers I already talked to on the Dialer and visa versa. Or just have the an SMS option on the BatchDialer. Having a VA do both on two different platforms that cannot synch the campaigns is doesn't make sense. Maybe using Zapier to sync two Batch software???

Can we make our caller ID phone numbers text enabled? That way if we call someone, and they text us back, we can reply to them. Thanks.

Yes Please. Or at least be able to receive texts and read them. A lot of people respond via text instead of calling back. I don't want to miss any potential leads.

We do not use Bathleads, only Batchdialers. It be great if we can text and receive SMS messages from contacts inside the Batchdialer platform, right now we are having to use a 3rd party tool for SMS messages.
