Select Number of Phone Numbers to be added to the dialer

As of now, I am able to push a group of contacts directly from batch leads into batch dialer. However, it never gives me the option to determine how many phone numbers to be added. A workaround is to export the spreadsheet from batch leads, and then manually upload it into the dialer. Doing it that way, it will give me the option to map the data and select which phone numbers to import. Importing over 3 phone numbers per contact is a waste of time in my opinion. There should be an option when moving directly from batch leads into batch dialer asking which phone numbers to add.
