Prioritize Campaigns / Stop Having Agents Select Campaign

Instead of having the agents choose which campaign to work on, I would like the ability to prioritize the campaigns for them. For example, I might want them to call through my Inherited Properties campaign first, then my Probate campaign, and then my Foreclosure campaign.
