If we could swap or rotate Lead Sheets during call that would be cool!
Let us say I am speaking on the phone with a client and they are disqualified as a [Cash] lead, but they would consider [Creative Finance]. Could you make it possible to switch between Lead Sheets mid-call/during the call?
Once disqualifying for one acquisition strategy, moving to a different strategy makes it possible to continue the deal therefore there is different information to gather/questions to ask. Seller says no to a cash transaction but says yes to wanting to learn more about a creative finance route so we have to change our questions/lead sheet to see if they qualify for that or if the terms work out for our respective companies.
You could even add a rotational third list for objections to overcome and that done right could streamline the whole buying process virtually... ðŸ§
Ultimately companies using Batch Dialer help more people from one function and would even be able to streamline training for VAs.
