Allow Agent Contact Edits
Please allow the ability for agents to update contact information so while they are on a call if they need to update a sellers name, phone number, add and email address or even update the property address they can. At the moment they have to add all the updated information to a note then hope that an admin sees the note and then someone else has to go in and update and that is not efficient .

JDPlease allow the Agent Access to edit (add/delete) seller phone numbers.
Here is why I am asking: Theoretically, if the skip trace results identified 3 phone numbers for a seller and the first number called is the correct number (and my team eliminates the remaining 2 phone numbers from the system), then we will have reduced the number of wrong calls by 2/3 or 66.6%. This would improve my team's morale and improve our team's efficiency significantly. The number one complaint or reported issue is wrong numbers or dial time. This would also improve the image of cold calling among the general population, since they will not get as many bad calls. This would be huge! Thank you.
