Allow to schedule follow-up call before dialer goes for next number

The call result screen comes up before you can enter a follow-up call on calander. After you enter the call result you have to scramble to enter the follow-up date. while you are doing this the next call answers. its overwhelming at times.

You can set this up yourself via the rules in your call results i.e. create call result "call back in 1 month" with rule "schedule callback in 1 month". Then it's automatic from the call result screen!

More so, this feature needs to include a "schedule appointment with calendar date/time" rather than a callback in 30 min.

This would be one of the best features to have. Avaya had it.
