Voicemail Greeting and Access

Please upgrade BatchDialer so the Voicemail features work like CallTools software. I need to be able to have Multiple Voicemail Boxes in which I can (1) upload a greeting that the caller hears when they are transferred to that voicemail box and (2) then when I log into BatchDialer I'm able to access each voicemail box and listen to the message the Caller left and I can return their call in BatchDialer. Again, this functionality exist in CallTools and is very good.

I think Batch Dialer should have some sort of report or data that says how many voicemails have dropped. I've spoken with customer support multiple times and they weren't able to fully assist me to see if my voicemail was actually dropped with leads with connected voicemails. I think it would make everyone using Batch Dialer feel better to see that their Voicemails are actually dropping, and not just thinking they are, or taking the support team's word, because even they don't know that they are.

I have no confidence that my VMs are actually being dropped! Currently, the call hangs up and the agent dispo as VM. Seems too late to do the drop. Why not have VM detection on (campaign setup) and auto drop the VM!!!!

Drop voicemail for 2nd lead who picks up. While your on convo with the first lead. 2nd lead answers; or how many ever answer during a conversation that's already begun, and a voicemail gets dropped.

We had quite a few sellers called back and left a VM. They said, "how dear you called me and hang up". Some of them left even more nasty VM.

I agree 100%. It makes no sense that we cannot track the actual result. How can the system send a voicemail after it's already hung up. I cannot get a straight answer from support on this one. I'm surprised more people don't want this.

I can't imagine a call service that doesn't let you delete inbound voicemails. Ridiculous. I've already received several voicemails and know that it's going to get very confusing when I want a message saved in my records and have to sift through many useless voicemails to get it. I'm glad that I can download the voicemails, but I'm still going to have to keep track of which days I've listened to the voicemails and which I have not. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE! Thanks.

I don't want my VA's to be able to voice drop someone every single day. The seller just ends up hearing the same exact voicemail daily. It would be nice if a voicemail can only be dropped after X amount of days from the last time. So I could set it to once every two weeks.
