Integration in Podio

In mapping, Caller should be equal to the [value] of agent name. So whoever clicks the trigger button the name of the agent will be transferred to Podio. Same thing with the [value] of status such as Hot, Warm, and Cold and would be nice if we can tag the type of list too.
