Allowing Features To Agent Role
Admin can customize or pick which features he/she can allow the Agent. example, recycle or pause/activate a campaign. Agents can work simultaneously. not waiting for the admin to recycle their campaigns etc.. Thanks!

Oz K. MergedHow about the ability for the agent to update phone numbers on their own without waiting for an Admin to do it. If a lead give the agent an updated contact & number, it'll be helpful to give the agent the ability to make corrections on the fly.

Jesse MergedI noticed that only admin account has the option to delete phone numbers during a call and save it specially if it's a wrong number. Hope this can be added to other users as well

Jake Cross MergedI would love to be able to assign VAs to a supervisor so that they will just see their assigned team. It will let them focus on their team and help me scale.

Nate MergedI have a couple of agents that are administrators with agent features but currently the dialer does not allow for admins with agent features to be added to "agent groups".

Moderator Admin Merged"Hi team,
First just wanted to say thank you for created such an efficient system for us to use, that simplifies the process for our marketing needs. We've been using Batch Dialer for a few months now and it's proving a great tool to have in the belt. We currently have VA's running the system, but there are some things that have kept us from being able to delegate the task entirely, Is there a way we can look at giving the Supervisor Accounts the ability to do certain things that we approve of within the system, like the ability to Recycle Campaigns? Or create them, as well as uploading the data into them? The problem we are having is this can only be done under an Admin account, we could essentially give them authorization to use the Admin account, however, it leaves the account visible to personal and financial info we don't want them to have access to. It would be great if we can select settings that give them the ability to do more in the system as their job roles require." -

BryanI would like to let my agent call back the abandond calls at the end of day but currently agent can only see call results in " call results page" that have a recording. let them also see "abandoned" call results with no recording so agent can call customer back
