Have Total Dials Per Agent not just total connects
The only place to look at total dials currently is in the campaigns but I have agents calling on the same campaigns at the same time and I need to know their total dials as individual agents for our KPI's not just for the total campaign.

Dee MergedView of the total number of Dials per user/agent (this includes all connected and not connected calls, whatever the outcome of the call is).

Dee MergedTotal Dials - Showing in Agent role access. This will help the agent monitor his progress. Right now, it's only showing total answered. Thanks!
