recycled campaigns should be independent

recycled campaigns should be independent and not dependent on the original campaign. it's already frustrating enough that i can't duplicate a list in batchleads (meaning i have to constantly start over and create new lists instead of simply duplicating and then changing settings). seeing a trend here where this is also a big problem
