Upload from a sheet within an excel file

Develop functionality that provides a way for data from a data sheet within an excel file that contains multiple sheets to be uploaded. Example: I have an excel file that contains 3 sheets, each with unique data. Instead of having to split the file into 3 separate files, it would be great if I could refer to the same file in the upload process, but choose the unique sheet I want to upload data from.
