Voicemail Drop Report/Data
I think Batch Dialer should have some sort of report or data that says how many voicemails have dropped. I've spoken with customer support multiple times and they weren't able to fully assist me to see if my voicemail was actually dropped with leads with connected voicemails. I think it would make everyone using Batch Dialer feel better to see that their Voicemails are actually dropping, and not just thinking they are, or taking the support team's word, because even they don't know that they are.
I have no confidence that my VMs are actually being dropped! Currently, the call hangs up and the agent dispo as VM. Seems too late to do the drop. Why not have VM detection on (campaign setup) and auto drop the VM!!!!
