Previous Call Results displayed on a connected call.
If a lead is connected, I would like to know QUICKLY what the previous call results were.
If I drop a VM and set a callback in a day, I would like to know that the VM was dropped because that will change the conversation.

I'm happy to share that this functionality is already available in the BatchDialer. To see previous dispositions and Moods you can navigate to the Activities page of the Contact card.
