Having Voicemails Attached to Contacts Record
When a contact calls us, we have the call directed to voicemail. And when someone leaves a message, I get an email with the recording. You should either have a centralized area within the program that stores these recordings for future reference. But also an ability to tag it to a contact. Or better yet, they should automatically attach to the contacts information for future use. It is not conducive to not have a spot for what could be important voicemails.
