    <content type="text/plain">As the triple line dialer is dialing through a campaign, sometimes one of the lines is empty and not actively dialing as it transitions to the next contact. Please add a feature where I can manually input a specific contact's number, via the dial pad, to dial while the dialer is dialing other contacts. This would help with returning calls from callbacks or double dial contacts that hang up prematurely, without having to interrupt campaign dial flow. Currently, I'm having to put my dialer on 'break' status until all lines are inactive, so that I can click or dial individual numbers. &#13;

Mojo dialer has this similar feature, as well as, has the ability to manually hang up one of the contacts on one of the 3 lines for whatever reason.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">The current UI when scrolling down says "load more" when the previous one I was able to go page by page and also back when my callers first made their calls in the beginning of the day with a single click. The current UI is insufficient since it takes forever to view the amount of calls my caller actually made. Since my campaigns had a different amount of calls per dialed the amount of calls can differ week to week. Agent reports dont tell the full story also. The caller can simply have themselves marked available while the campaign is interdialing and steal company hours. I caught several people doing that in the past. This can cost hundreds of dollars a week. Another example is my caller has a 1 hour break every day. And right now it says 4 hours for 6 days. If I were to go off of that I would lose $10 in that example. But with the last UI I was able to see every time without fail when he look his break. Please bring back the previous UI. I'm losing money with this current one.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">I have noticed that we have a much better connect rate when we utilize local presence. When it comes to our follow-up calls, not so much. Thats because we only have a couple of area codes for the prospects. If we could make a preview campaign for follow-ups, we could utilize local presence, and likely increase our follow-up connect rate too. The only issue is that once you tag a contact as Pushed to CRM, or whatever version you customize, it puts it on the DNC which is what we want obviously to make sure we don't redial them as another cold call. If you could add an override button/setting for preview campaigns or campaigns in general allowing us to manually dial even the contacts that are on the company DNC, I know for a fact we could increase that connect rate. Just a setting that is unique only to that campaign, but not taking it off of the DNC for the account.</content>

I think it has to do with the app being on your phone and you are just dialing the campaign from your phone using other numbers. I think I would really like that because sometimes the wifi acts up and I can't call or sometimes my headset is being weird, with the phone thing, this would eliminate this.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">To prevent being flagged as spam, I noticed that it's recommended to have no more than 100 outbound dials per number per day. However, you have to constantly monitor and keep track of that and manually stop dialing once the quota is reached. It'd be nice if you were able to toggle this and have calling stopped automatically once 100 dials were reached on that phone number. The only reason I have this idea is because I know CallTools has that feature set up, and it'd be nice to see BatchDialer implement that as well.</content>

However, when exporting, that data is not available, which makes the entire lead unusable for those of us that are sending these leads to VAs to call on.&#13;

    <content type="text/plain">Please allow me to filter the voicemails by agent, I don't understand why they only put the voicemails with the name of the lead that sent it, if for example, I have 5 agents and they all send voicemails, then he has to check one by one to see if he finds a lead from him? and how will he know if that lead even belongs to his campaign if this is a system that allows calling more than 500 people per day? and you don't look at the name each time you call but when the call has actually connected, it seems to me a very important option that they have not taken into account.</content>

Is there any way to do this seeming easy "fix" that would be invaluable?</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When leads call back the number they just missed a call from they hear music and immediately hang up. Music ringbacks are associated with banks and big businesses. Many of our leads are in default, pre-foreclosure, etc; and are actively AVOIDING calls from numbers that are hounding them about their current life situation. Please offer the option for a standard ringback so they don't get pissed off and hangup before the call even connects. For some buyers like myself, part of the sale process is assurance that sellers are speaking to REAL buyers.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When campaigns are archived, the leads shouldnt be deleted.  Because of an instance like mine where they were accidently archived and now the leads ive been working on for a week are all gone and id have to upload the entire list again and start from the top.  Calling all the people that ive already talked to or put on the DNC list.  This needs to be fixed.</content>
